Refund & Returns Policy – Hassle-Free Returns at Renew Mind Sense

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
Certain situations qualify only for partial refunds:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account first.

  • Contact your credit card company.

  • Contact your bank.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email {admin@renewmindsense.com} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

  • If shipped directly as a gift, a gift certificate will be mailed for the value of your return.

  • If not marked as a gift, refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

  • Mail your product to {physical address}.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Consider trackable shipping for expensive items.
